   After submitting your apartment, a dedicated CVS.md agent will work with you to understand the profile of your preferred tenants—whether they be corporate clients, executives, or private individuals—and help you establish a leasing plan that aligns with your goals.


2. Professional Presentation of Your Property
   
   Our team prepares your listing with detailed property descriptions, high-quality photos, and highlights of your property’s key features and surroundings, all crafted to appeal to high-profile tenants.


3. Targeted Tenant Matching
   
   Our tailored tenant selection process is aimed at securing professional, reliable tenants who meet your criteria, from corporate executives to high-net-worth individuals.

Agency Fee Structure

CVS.md offer two commission-based collaboration plans for property owners:

• START Plan
  
  Offers basic listing services with a lower commission rate, perfect for owners who want minimal involvement.
  
  Fee: 100% of one month’s rent (calculated from the annual rent).

• PRACTIC Plan
  
  Offers comprehensive marketing and property management services, with a higher commission to cover the additional support.
  
  Fee: 100% of one month’s rent (calculated from the annual rent) plus 10% of the monthly rent, charged monthly, but not less than €50.

For shorter rental periods, specific fee details will be provided after submitting the form and registering the apartment.
