Agency Fee Structure


CVS.md offer two commission-based collaboration plans for property owners:


  • START Plan

    Offers basic listing services with a lower commission rate, perfect for owners who want minimal involvement.

    Fee: 100% of one month’s rent (calculated from the annual rent).

  • PRACTIC Plan

    Offers comprehensive marketing and property management services, with a higher commission to cover the additional support.

    Fee: 100% of one month’s rent (calculated from the annual rent) plus 10% of the monthly rent, charged monthly, but not less than €50.


Note:

For shorter rental periods, specific fee details will be provided after submitting the form and registering the apartment.

CVS.md reserves the right to evaluate and decide whether the submitted apartment is suitable for the chosen plan.

6. First Rent Payment We issue the first rental invoice to tenants according to the signed lease agreement and, if requested, collect rent on behalf of the owner.

7. Monthly Rent Payments We issue monthly rental invoices to tenants, collect rent on behalf of the owner, and maintain payment records.

8. Financial Records We provide financial flow records for the owner.
9. During Contract We provide legal and tax advice throughout the contract period.
10. Before Contract We provide legal and tax advice until the rental contract is signed.
11. Property Visits CVS.md agent assistance during property showings.
12. Check-in Assistance CVS.md agent assistance upon tenant's arrival and lease signing.
13. Check-out Assistance CVS.md agent assistance upon tenant's departure and property handover.
14. Inventory on Arrival CVS.md agent assists with inventory checks and issues a handover-receiving report upon tenant arrival.

16. Utility Payments We keep track of tenants' monthly utility payments.
17. Key Management We manage the keys to your property.
18. Cleaning Service

This service has been suspended as of 24.02.2022.

20. Maintenance and Repairs Organizing routine maintenance and addressing urgent repair needs to keep the property in optimal condition.
21. Property Inspections Conducting regular inspections to assess the condition of the property and identify any potential issues.
22. Tenant Communication Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling complaints, inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
