Payment methods
Payments shall be made directly to the landlord, either in cash or via bank transfer, upon execution of the lease agreement and no later than the check-in date.

After receiving your online request, we'll promptly engage with the landlord to obtain the approval.
3. Prepayment / RESERVATION
Upon owner approval, we'll send you a payment note for the non-refundable deposit (50 Euro - 390 Euro, depending on stay length) and the owner's bank details for direct payment.
The payment can be made via bank transfer, P2P (card to card), or any authorized payment systems in Moldova, including cash transfer
To determine the amount of the advance prepayment, please send your rental application online
4. Confirmation
After the owner confirms receipt of the prepayment, we will promptly email you the official reservation confirmation to the provided e-mail address.
