1. Online: The lease agreement can be signed online, ensuring the security of your booking and confirming the terms of your rental in advance of your arrival.
2. In-Person at the Accommodation: Alternatively, the lease can be signed upon your arrival at the accommodation. This option is available when the apartment is unoccupied and ready for check-in.

Start from the add apartment form. Add the address, district, rooms, size, price, minimum rental period, utilities, rules, photos, and owner contact details. CVS.md reviews the apartment before it appears publicly.

CVS.md checks the submitted information, photos, rental terms, location, and owner details. If something is missing, we contact you before activation. The listing goes live only after the information is clear enough for tenants.
