The service fee covers the verification of each apartment and its owner before it is published on CVS.md and guarantees assistance from one of our agents throughout the booking process as well as upon signing the legal rental agreement.

Payment methods
Payments shall be made directly to the landlord, either in cash or via bank transfer, upon execution of the lease agreement and no later than the check-in date.

3. Prepayment / RESERVATION
Upon owner approval, we'll send you a payment note for the non-refundable deposit (50 Euro - 260 Euro, depending on stay length) and the owner's bank details for direct payment.
The payment can be made via bank transfer, P2P (card to card), or any authorized payment systems in Moldova, including cash transfer
To determine the amount of the advance prepayment, please send your rental application online
4. Confirmation
After the owner confirms receipt of the prepayment, we will promptly email you the official reservation confirmation to the provided e-mail address.
